Faultless staff, SPECTACULAR location & nice restaurant. Inviting room and soundproof. There was a fantastic bar with perfect service. Smooth check in and late check out.

The folks working here were very approachable and we loved its very central location. The breakfast had lots of options and included eggs, muesli, muffins and yoghourt. Victorian hotel set in the fairly nice area.

we had a really enjoyable stay at this lovely traditional hotel. room was bright and featured balcony and blinds. eggs, yoghourt, muesli and muffins at breakfast. fairly clean place and impeccable service. not to mention free wifi! brilliant location, santa barbara airport was 20 km away.

Perfect location ; hotel has safe parking. Santa Barbara Downtown district definitely deserves your time and attention. We really loved the convenience of the queen room, as well as a heating system, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a sitting area. Everything created a FRIENDLY atmosphere. Welcome base for a 1-night stay.

it is a charming hotel with high quality cleanliness and staff. we stayed in the queen room and loved it. 5 mins walk to the centre. for tea and goodies visit carlitos cafe y cantina, located close by.

Friendly staff, excellent location, great breakfast. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Besides, there was free Wi Fi in the hotel. We really enjoyed our fantastic stay at the property and will choose the place for future trips.
